I've been doing art for 10 years now, mostly traditionally, but I'm now looking to expand my skills digitally. Terms Of Service
Payment:
I can only accept USD through Paypal (50/50) or 100% upfront.
You pay 50% of the discussed price before the sketch, then pay the other 50% after it is all done. This is to ensure that as your artist and you as my client are both responsible and held accountable.
No refunds. If you are unhappy about the art in anyway, I will not refund you your money.What you, as the client, can do with my art:
- My art must only be used for personal uses
- You can use for your social medias, (but please credit me!)
- DO NOT SELL my art, or try to profit off of it without discussing.
- You CANNOT use my art to train AI or use for NFTs, etc.What my rights are as the artist:
- I will post the art on my socials/portfolio, I will tag you on it. (but if you wish to be opted out of being posted or tagged, please let me know)
- My signature will remain on the art.
- I will not refund your money if you are asking for refunds. So please be sure of what you want.Turnaround Time:

- I've recently rebranded, you can still check out my old art from 2015-2020 on Instagram @jinxedo, but they're mostly cringe art from when I was still a youngling artist. I just still don't have a lot of newer art up because I was trying to figure out what wanted to do as an artist like if I want to solely continue doing traditional art or continue with digital art.Do you make furry art?
